Walking into Perestroika is like walking into the pages of a classic Russian folk-tale. The exterior and interior decor has been meticulously recreated to bring a small piece of Russia to Okinawa. 
Fans of home cooking will delight in Russian traditional dishes to include: pelmeni, pierogi, and other favorites served in authentic bread pots. No meal would be complete without Russian tea served with Snow cake, Napoleon cake, or other exquisite desserts prepared by our chef. We have menus with pictures and descriptions of all our meals available in English, and our staff is standing by to answer any questions or make recommendations.
