Directions: From Hwy 58 North proceed South to Naha. Drive past the turn to Kokusai Street. Two traffic lights later, past the Asahibashi Monorail Station, turn left at the light,then immediately turn left under the monorail, then make the next right behind the bus terminal. Go through the next intersection, Perestroika is on the left. There are two parking spaces in front of the restaurant and many pay-parking areas near (one is just past the restaurant on the left).
